The latter consists of a cabin with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom (sink, shower), an equipped kitchenette (ceramic stove, oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine), a living room with a sofa bed, storage unit, television. It also has a loggia and a garden with garden furniture (10 m2). A parking space is provided at n°495, closed by an automatic gate and guard within the residence. Bicycle storage in residence.
