Located on the 3rd and top floor with elevator access, the apartment comprises: a living room with a sofa bed (140 cm) and an equipped kitchenette (electric hob, mini-oven, fridge-freezer, microwave), a sleeping alcove with a single bed (90 cm), and a bathroom with a shower and sink (separate toilet). The studio has portable air conditioning for added comfort. The beaches are just 30 meters away and the shops are 400 meters away.
Private parking (no. 518) is included, in a secure residence with an automatic gate. Bicycle storage is available within the residence. A 2-star apartment for 3 people. Pets are not allowed. Late check-in possible: €50 (please contact us for details).
