'Ruim en vrolijk appartement met geweldig uitzicht en dichtbij Palma en bij mooie stranden en plaatsjes. Goede voorzieningen, ook Wi-Fi, en snelle hulp van gastheer zo nodig. Cups voor koffie, afwasblokjes, zout, peper etc. aanwezig, erg comfortabel. Fijn terrasje met goede ligstoelen en uitzicht over baai, wel even klimmen. Parkeren op steile helling naast appartement is even wennen. Goede restaurants op loopafstand. Niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn!'

The gardens and swimming pool are just fabulous, the house is a perfect Spanish style and comfortable home with everything you could need for a wonderful holiday. 'This is the perfect house if you are looking for a cycling trip in Mallorca. The house is quietly and ideally situated close to everything you want to ride on the island. It has a great set-up with large terraces, big living room (enough room for 14 people to eat inside), 14 separate beds to get you well deserved sleep, a big map with routes and climbs of the island on the wall, and a garage to store and maintain your bikes. 'The property was in a beautiful location and was charming itself. Unfortunately for us the listing did not indicate that the property has no air conditioning so it was unbearably hot the first two nights we were there (92 degrees). There were thermostats in the property which don't function or if they do, we were not told how to operate these. In addition the shower was not heated, and we had 4 towels to last us the whole week, which was a little frustrating particularly since no fresh towels...

'The property was lovely - an upstairs apartment with empty rooms below. When we arrived we were disappointed to find no water left in the fridge as most properties do given the 25 min journey to a supermarket in Inca but would recommend going to Pollensa instead. The view was gorgeous. The showers were good but mine leaked. There is no hot tub as advertised. Not easy finding rubbish bins unless in Pollensa I was a tad annoyed at being charged 80 euros for house cleaning - we left the place tidy...

'Property was excellent!!! Perfect indoor and outdoor space for everyone to enjoy. Comfortable beds and kitchen with everything you need to prepare a lovely meal if you like. Many close restaurants near by and everything is walkable. No AC, which was tough the first day and night sleeping, but fans were provided, and weather was much cooler for the rest of our stay. You cannot beat this place, it’s wonderful!'
