There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen including a microwave oven, toaster, kettle etc. and a spacious living room with TV and a direct access to the terrace. The bathroom is also very modern equipped with shower cubicle, washbasin cabinet and toilet. A hair dryer is also available.

On the terrace are lounge furniture with a parasol to relax and unwind.
