'The staff were intrusive and didn’t respect privacy, asking too many unnecessary questions about personal belongings. The room was not clean, which made the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, the facilities felt outdated and poorly maintained. Overall, not a pleasant experience.'

'Nice place, rooms a bit small but still good. Staff was very kind. Wish they had better plugs for charging devices, had to use our kids room next door as ours didn’t have a working one, not a big deal however.'
