« No elevator, back entrance door that was supposed to open with key card pulled open without using keycard, fire doors propped open, non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray, TV remote did not work , half a roll of toilet paper and no extra, gross food in the freezer, bed very uncomfortable. Staff very rude When we asked for a working remote. »

« This property is becoming my favorite stop when I pass along HW 70. It's reasonably priced, beautifully styled, very clean and quiet. »

« I paid extra for a bigger room, but the receptionist gave me a small standard one. When I demanded a refund, he rudely refused and said they don’t do refunds. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. Only after I made a scene did he finally give me the upgraded room — which didn’t even have a fridge, although it was supposed to. Terrible service! »

« Cozy (tiny) as advertised, but not clean. Couch in living room was missing an arm rest, stained, and had lots of crumbs, dirt, etc. in crevices. Appliances were in good condition, with coffee and creamer available. Suggest rearranging bedroom to accommodate nightstands and possibly upgrade lumpy mattress. »
