💛 Upstairs, two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a child's bed and plenty of storage space. A bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet.

The enclosed and secure garden will delight families. The children can play in peace while you relax in the garden furniture or share your meals outside.
The house has 3 private parking spaces. You can easily reach the beach, either by the paths or by the road.
The beach has games for children and a beach volleyball court.

👶 On request, we provide you with everything you need for the little ones: high chair, co-sleeping bed and playpen.

📍 The village of Séné is 2 km away, 4 minutes by car, and has a bakery, creperie, restaurant, pizzeria, as well as a small supermarket.

📍 The pretty town of Vannes, its port and its historic center are located 6 km away, less than 10 min drive from the house.
