Welcome to the Uptown House





A comfortable, beautifully appointed Sedona retreat where red-rock views and one of the best locations in town come together.



Located in the heart of Uptown Sedona, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home puts you within walking distance of restaurants, shops, Jeep tours, bike rentals, and trailheads. Head out on foot to explore, then return home to soak in your private hot tub while taking in the surrounding red-rock scenery.



Inside, a thoughtfully designed living space offers plenty of room for your group to settle in. Large windows fill the home with natural light, while the comfortable living room provides a welcoming place to relax after a day of hiking, sightseeing, or exploring Sedona.



The fully equipped kitchen makes staying in just as easy. Prepare breakfast before hitting the trails, pack lunches for a day of adventure, or gather around the dining table for dinner together. You'll find a gas range, dishwasher, Keurig, cookware, dishes, spices, filtered water, and the essentials needed for a comfortable stay.



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS



The home offers flexible sleeping options that work especially well for families and groups.



The primary suite features a king bed, Roku TV, and private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.



The second bedroom includes a king bed and Roku TV.



The third bedroom offers two queen beds and its own living area.



Additional sleeping accommodations include a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a twin rollaway bed that can be rolled into any of the rooms. A travel crib and high chair are also available for families traveling with little ones.



OUTDOOR LIVING



PLEASE NOTE: Our shared backyard is currently undergoing an exciting transformation into a new hummingbird and butterfly garden with lush landscaping and a waterfall. During this approximately one-month renovation, the shared backyard will not be available to guests.

The home's private hot tub and front outdoor space remain available. Guests traveling with dogs will have access to a temporary designated potty area, and a dog park is conveniently located about one block away.

We appreciate your understanding while we create a beautiful new outdoor space for future stays!









One of our favorite parts of the Uptown House is the private front deck with a hot tub and a grill. Start your morning outside with coffee and red-rock views, or end an adventurous Sedona day with a relaxing soak under the Arizona sky.



Guests also have access to a spacious shared backyard featuring outdoor seating, a propane firepit, BBQ grill, games, picnic space, and a designated dog run. The backyard is the only shared area of the property and is shared with our three neighboring vacation homes. (The hot tub is not located in the shared backyard space)



AN UNBEATABLE UPTOWN LOCATION



Staying here means you can experience much of Sedona without constantly getting back in the car. Uptown's restaurants, shops, tours, and attractions are just steps away, while some of Sedona's most iconic hiking and sightseeing destinations are an easy drive from the house.

• Cathedral Rock — about a 10-minute drive

• Bell Rock — about a 12-minute drive



Whether you're coming to hike the red rocks, explore Sedona's shops and restaurants, enjoy a family getaway, or simply slow down for a few days in the desert, the Uptown House gives you a comfortable place to come home to — right in the middle of it all.



PET FRIENDLY



We love welcoming four-legged travelers, too. Up to two pets are welcome with approval of pet rules and an additional pet fee.
