Nestled in the heart of the Village under a mile from iconic Cathedral Rock and Courthouse Butte hikes, this quiet, 1st-floor 2 bedroom condo is a peaceful retreat at the end of a long day of hiking, golfing, skiing, or biking! We’re well equipped for your culinary needs – be it cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, or dining in one of the many new restaurants, coffee shops, or ice cream shops all within walking distance. Relax by the pool with a margarita, kick back and watch TV, no matter how you do Sedona, you’ll love it here!

The space:
We use this property for our personal vacations as well, so we’ve taken steps to ensure your stay is every bit as enjoyable as our own, including:
-Roku TVs in the living room and in one bedroom.
-Smart lights with Alexa control (Echo Shows in the bedrooms)
-Well equipped kitchen including cookware/bakeware and spices and staple supplies for our guests to use
-Red Rock parking pass included for free trailhead parking
-FREE EV car charging station conveniently located on premises
-Heated, seasonal pool (Mar-Oct)
-Free laundry on site
-Pull-out sofa (queen size)
-Ample free parking
-Miscellaneous items include:
Iron/ironing board, hairdryer, blender, toaster, smart thermostat, ROKU TVs, high-power USB-A, USB-C outlets on each nightstand and in the living room, miscellaneous board games, bicycle air pump, umbrellas, headlamps, cooler, and more!

Guest access:
Full condo including common spaces are available for our guests. Two parking spaces included and readily available. For guests with an electric car, a 220-volt EV charging station is conveniently located on premises.

We had a great stay! The property was just as listed. It was very clean. The host has all the amenities labeled for easy access and provides information and passes for the surrounding area to make the stay easier if you want to go hiking or visit any of the sites that require passes. I would defintitely stay at the location again.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was quiet and peaceful, and in a nice location that was away from the more touristy areas. Getting to Verde Valley, where there are some great wineries, was very easy from here. Lots of hiking options close by as well. Plenty of restaurant options and a boutique grocery store was minutes away.

Our stay was wonderful here. It definitely had everything we needed for a family of five! We took advantage of the pool and the laundry facilities as well. Some of the washers and dryers were not working at the time of our stay, but we were able to do laundry as needed with the ones that were working. The location can’t be beat, close to several great hikes and restaurants! We would stay here again!

Excellent stay and experience

Stayed 4 nights after 3 nights in Scottsdale . It’s the perfect location and size of condo for our happy of 3. Beautiful scenery right outside the doorstep , coffee shops , Miley’s for breakfast and close drive into town . We did a few day trips Grand Canyon and Horseshoe bend and Antelope Canyon. Highly recommend !

What a wonderful home away from home! Literally all we needed was our toothbrush. It is so clear that the owners take pride in sharing their experience with you. We had all of the information we needed right at our fingertips to thoroughly enjoy our trip. The home was spotless, the beds were comfy and we loved that we had soaps, coffee and filters waiting for us! The location was great for getting to all of the areas of Sedona we wanted to visit without being right in the middle of the action, which we appreciated. The restaurants and shops within walking distance were excellent as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice spot for a quick Sedona getaway

I stayed here with my husband and in-laws for one night. It was exactly what we were looking for and was just how it’s described on the listing. It’s small, but if you’re just using it for a place to sleep and hang between the time you’re hiking and exploring, it does the job! It was very clean, and we appreciated the smart TV, chargers, Alexa, etc. It’s not in the super busy area of Sedona (Uptown Sedona), but rather in the quiet neighborhood of Oak Creek. It’s walkable to a few restaurants and close to trailheads. The only negative is that the walls are very thin and we could hear our neighbors above us. It wasn’t a huge issue, but something to note. Dave was great to work with and is very responsive. Check in and checkout were seamless. Thank you for the recs to restaurants and hikes, plus the Red Rock Park pass! All great perks.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay, kitchen was just the size and had all the amenities we needed. Comfortable bedrooms and relaxing location. Would reccomend as a place to explore the Sedona area, out of the "Commercialized" town and a peaceful village atmosphere.

Well thought out

The rental condo was well thought out in communication, items in the the condo, resources available, and location. It was easy and simple to follow check in and check out process. The condo had everything we needed except for containers to store left over food we made that wasn’t appropriate for a ziplock bag. It was a quiet, peaceful, and safe community. We were a little over a mile walk to Bell Rock and the pathway here was a paved walking path. My teen loved being a short walk to the gas station. The Red Rock pass came in handy for us. The bed was soft for us who like more of a firm bed but it was still comfortable. The blackout drapes were a blessing. As others have said, the pool was ice cold despite being in June.

Beautiful property just minutes away from shops, food and entertainment. It was quite when we would come back to relax between outings. I wish I could’ve saw the water that flows through the center of the property through a creek. THAT WOULD’VE AWESOME!!! Only thing I would suggest the owners do is switch out the shower head. It only has one height and one setting that kind of hurts like a jet setting on a water hose. Also not sure if the AC is going out or this is a special setting. But the AC would run then turn off for 10 seconds and then turn back on again. It was running constantly no matter what the temperature was set to even at night when the temperature fell and the condo temperature fell below it’s setting.
