Beautiful Mountain Retreat nestled in the scenic Ponderosa Pines of Munds Park

Open, light & bright, and meticulously-maintained cabin in popular Munds Park. Located on a quiet & beautiful tree-lined street, this home is an ideal getaway. The large south-facing windows bring nature, sunlight & twinkling stars into the great room & kitchen area. The primary bedroom is downstairs & 2 bedrooms plus a loft/office & full bathroom are upstairs. An extended & oversized front patio (with wrap-around deck & gas grill) makes a wonderful outdoor living space. Child & pet friendly. Upgrades included granite counters, stainless steel appliances, maple cabinets, beautiful/rustic real-wood floors, 50" smart TV with soundbar & blue ray player (w movies), jetted tub in master, gas fireplace with stone front, custom paint, and ceiling fans throughout. Plus, home is pet and child friendly - numerous toys, gates for the stairway, pack-n-play, and booster seats are available upon request. Everything is provided - all you need to bring is a change of clothes and a toothbrush!

Large dual-pane south-facing windows bring nature, sunlight, and stars into the great room/kitchen area. Primary bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms plus loft/office& full bathroom upstairs. Community Information: Wonderful playground, tennis courts, golf, basketball, clubhouse w/ workout facility and restaurant, community lake, hiking trails and Munds canyon are within a short walk from the home. Downtown Flagstaff is approximately 20 miles north and Sedona is approximately 40 miles to the southwest (great views of Sedona can be seen from a popular Munds Park hiking trail called Crystal Point). Snowbowl, one of the premier ski resorts in Arizona, is approximately 45 minutes from Munds Park. The Coconino National Forest surrounds Munds Park and provides nearly unlimited hiking, mountain bike, snowmobile, and ATV trails. Munds Park is approximately 90 miles to Phoenix - an easy drive and escape!

We loved the house, and the property was well stocked and well maintained. The host was prompt in answering our questions. I wish that we had known how far away grocery facilities would be from the property--perhaps let guests know or give some advice about places to go for groceries? Other than that, our stay was great.

Went up north to take our 3 year old to the Grand Canyon and Bearizona! Found this cute little cabin very last minute but the space and price were so reasonable. The stay was beautiful and we will absolutely be booking again!

The house and property looked exactly as pictured. It was very clean and there were plenty of cooking supplies (pans, utensils, etc). Lots of towels too. The neighborhood is quiet and just what we wanted. There is a great deck area with a grill and table we used for outside eating and card games. Highly recommend!

I feel the photos were a little deceiving. It looks as though you have lots of open space to yourself… you do not. It is on an average street with houses on all sides. Also house and windows look bigger in photo. Not a very pretty area…very basic. Had a very rough first 24 hours as it was way too cold and thermostat was not working. Owner was great about trying to resolve but serious problem if you go in the colder months.

Property was as stated. Had many incidentals that most properties don’t provide with ample toiletries and kitchen supplies. Very comfortable home to enjoy the pines. WiFi was a little touchy here and there when trying to send some work emails. Just be aware. Overall, a great stay.

Lovely, spacious three bedroom two bath home with all the amenities. Wonderful deck to enjoy coffee or a meal. Nice kitchen are and high ceilings and windows in the living area for natural light. Twenty minutes from Flagstaff and 35-45 minutes from Village of Oak Creek and Sedona
