« Mon épouse et moi, couple dans la soixantaine, avions choisi le Penrose sur internet, basé sur les photos et la description des lieux. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés devant l'établissement nous étions déjà très heureux de notre choix, le décor était splendide, l'accueuil et la visite des lieux communs incluant notre chambre étaient vraiment conforme à nos attentes. « Chambre spacieuse, propre, confortable, bien agencée. Personnel sympathique. De toutes nos vacances aux Etats-Unis c'est de loin dans cet hôtel que nous avons eu le meilleur "complimentary breakfast". Après comme je l'ai lu dans beaucoup de commentaires il est vrai qu'il est un peu mesquin de faire payer 15$ de parking par nuit. « Wow ! Wow ! C'était fantastique. Nous avions la chambre du coin # 201 king bed. La vue sur les montagnes était magnifique, tres bien située, à quelques pas à pieds des sentiers de la Bell Rock mountain. La chambre grande, lit confortable. Douche vitrée grande avec distributeur de savon, shampoo et rince ( produits de qualite avec superbe odeur). Les serviettes blanches immaculées, épaisses. Petite cafetière pour un café avec capsule. « While the place is comfortable, quiet and cute-the management company is absymal. Failed to send entry codes-didn’t tell cleaning staff we were arriving so they had to clean the whole Casita while we waited. Company said they would work out compensation for the delay in check in availability but never got back to us. Not sure it is worth it. »

« Could not have asked for much more with this property. The unit was beautiful, well taken care of, and easy to access (though a map somewhere would have been helpful). The shared, but spacious patio was a great benefit, as was the common area with well stocked kitchen and lounge area. The location was also great - road traffic was minimal so it felt secluded and natural, while being literally 2 minutes from the center of Oak Creek. Would/will definitely stay again! »

« I felt the marketing was misleading. It was unclear that there were shared areas. You are only paying for a bedroom with barroom. Some of the rooms don’t have a patio. The kitchen and dining are shared. The bed was too hard for us and the pillows were uncomfortable. That being said the room was lovely, bathroom was gorgeous and the location is great. It was peaceful and quiet. Shower was super hot which was nice. You need to replace the hairdryer.. it didn’t get hot and it took so long to dry...

« The property management company is terrible. They send me a rental agreement to sign 3 times. It was the exact same rental agreement. They quoted me 3 different pet fees but charged me a completely different price than the first 3 prices they emailed me. They require a damage deposit through SuperHog which is not stated in the listing and that was twice the price I paid for a short 2 night stay. Then they kept saying they sent me check-in instructions even though they hadn’t. All my grievances...

« It’s clean and the location is great but when is the last time someone went on site? Lock was missing its cover. Fireplace didn’t work at all. Barely any towels given. It was overall really disappointing. Would not recommend it for the cost. I’d rather just get a hotel room »

« The property outside could have been better but there was wood pallet stacked up outside everywhere and dirt piles like they were working on the outside landscaping. Lots of statues and a pretty pond but hard to enjoy with all the crap everywhere. The back patio was nice but could really use a jacuzzi out there. Inside was nice but rustic.
