'Host was super responsive to all communication and questions! My family and I spent five nights at this place, and enjoyed every minute we were there! It was between Flagstaff and Sedona, which was perfect because we explored both areas extensively. 'Great location to all the places we wanted to visit (Williams, Sedona, Flagstaff) and easy to find. The house was clean, great water pressure, and the extra amenities were a nice touch. A few of the dishes were dirty but put away in drawers and cabinets so we just ran a full load in the dishwasher to make sure everything was clean. There wasn't enough hot water for 4 adults to shower at the same time of day (AM or PM) so we had to schedule showers but not a big deal. Also wish there were a few...
