Additionally, there's a formal dining area and a cozy family room. Three spacious bedrooms, including the master, are found upstairs as well as a fourth bedroom downstairs with a bunkbed. Numerous world-class wineries including the Dutton Estate Winery are within minutes, and access to the Russian River resort area and the Sonoma Coast is conveniently close. Surveillance cameras and decimal meters are placed to monitor parking areas and noise levels. County quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups found in violation of these rules may face eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action.
