You get what you paid for….. Plumbing went out and I couldn’t take a shower. Drainage was plugged. Guys smoking drugs in the stairwell and people leaving in there cars in the lot. Don’t know why they even put something in your window as there were 10 different cars with people in them all night. I’m okay with stay in low budget places but this one takes the cake! I would stay away and that says alot

When we booked this hotel, we knew we were going to be checking in at around 12:30, so we contacted the property to let them know. I spoke with someone (didn’t catch their name) who said that was fine, we just needed to call the property on the day of our reservation to remind the night clerk that we were checking in late. I called day of our reservation (again, didn’t get told a name of whoever I was speaking with) and was told that we wouldn’t be able to check in that late because “our system resets at 12:30-12:45 so all prior reservations are cancelled.” When I asked what we could do about this since I was informed prior that we could check in late, she said “I can’t do anything. Our system reboots at 12:30-12:45 so you can’t check in that late.” I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was not currently on the property. When I asked what she was going to do about getting us a room, she said “I can’t check you in that late, and I can’t take credit card info over the phone to check you in either.” I said okay, and as I was about to ask for a refund, she hung up on me. I wasn’t able to adhere to their cancellation policy and I was still charged by both Expedia and the hotel for the room, and neither company is willing to give a refund. Do not recommend booking this property with Expedia and do not recommend this property period due to the customer service and lack of professionalism that accompanies their booking through 3rd party sites.

My plane was delayed. I called hotel numerous times, no answer. I finally got rental car, drove to hotel in dark of night. Called as I drove. Nobody answered just an automated system of choose this option if … etc. I never got a person! I got there and they are closed! The area is deserted, there are a few cars, including one on hubcaps only. There is no Red Roof Inn sign, just home suites. Very scary, alone in a dark parking lot that has chain link fence around the property. I called again. No answer! Sobbing I called Expedia, who suggested I wait in my car until morning to check in!! I was alone and afraid in a city I’d never been to. No, I couldn’t stay in my car. So I drove to the hospital parking lot in downtown Seattle where my sister was having major surgery in the morning. I felt a bit safer spending the night there in my car, at least there were security cameras! Needless to say very little sleep. I called in the morning. No answer. Expedia emailed me a denial saying no refund, even tho they never reached the hotel either! Money before people, this 72 yr old will never trust Expedia again. The hotel kept my $$, and Expedia kept there share, too. Never again, not this location OR any Expedia location, never.

Absolutely the worst accommodation in my life. All I wanted was a clean bed, a safe location, and basic amenities. What I got was a scene from hell: 90 minutes to check in (2 people in front of me), no towels (I went back to reception and I was told to come back in 30 minutes because "they are in the dryer), no mirror or towel racks in the bathroom ("they were stolen last month"), a pool of urine in the elevator, homeless people asking to be offered "again" a complimentary room, signs of "I s..k c...k", on the walls, garbage spilled on the hallways, bed linen with burn holes from cigarettes. I would have been absolutely better to sleep in the airport on a bench. The 3 stars reviews absolutely is misleading. BE AWARE..

Room was small but very clean. Checkin was slow but not fault of clerk. Garbage can was as missing from room but wasn’t in room lots and I’m sure I could have gotten one if I’d asked. Area around hotel does feel mildly unsafe but felt safe in room.

This is the worst place I've ever stayed in my life I rented two rooms from them for me and family members someone repeatedly tried breaking in my room when I was in there and then the staff here went into my brother's room the other room I rented for 3 days and told them that he was trespassing and he stole the room pretty much and kicked him out I told them that I was having someone break into my room and they just looked at me in disbelief then I called corporate corporate changed my room to a bigger room on the second floor so no one can break in and when I went down to pay for another night they told me no because the person I had in 120 broke back in even though I have a receipt saying that we paid for 3 days and they only stayed two they're extremely rude the rooms were extremely dirty and they made me pay three different deposits it's very corrupt and just disgusting I don't understand how anybody can stay here yeah

It was dirty for about a week of almost being there. They finally hired people to clean the outside of the property, and hired more maids...Also for people to know the linens needs to be taken to the front office to exchange for new ones

People kept trying to break in are room . Or would hang out in front of the door smoking. Don't ever open the blinds because everyone will be scooping your stuff out . Laundry facility was flooded and smelled like straight human crap in every washer and dryer . The first room we had was dirty with blood everywhere and waited 45 mins for a different room that looked and smelled the same as the first one . I recommend a stay here if you abouslty don't care where you stay but all together it could have been way better for as long I we stayed

We booked two rooms one for my parents and one for me. My parents room did not have a heater working and she told us they did not have anything available. Luckily on the way to my room we notice an empty one and told her if we can use it for the night, since we just need to sleep before our 6 am flight. The second room seemed pretty clean but the floor did feel sticky and the comforter did have a hole in it, the toilet only flushed once and didn’t want to work the rest of night. Also, a man was walking around building with a stroller and my parents said he was trying to open her room. I booked these room through Expedia and when I got to the property they told me I had to give a 100 dollar deposit which I was not aware of when I booked. When I booked the pictures made it look little better then it really is in person.

The room was obviously not cleaned after the last person there was hair all over the bed under the blankets there was female Purfume bottle under the bed a used toothpick in the shower no plate in the microwave and the bathroom light didn’t work but that might have been a benefit the shower is remarkably identical to a prison shower I used slippers in there to be safe this was my first stay here I can’t say about other rooms my room was forsure nasty and it was close to the office there no way they could miss these things

On 1/14/24 4 p.m., there was a broken pipe, but the hotel did not inform guests to take precautionary measures to protect guests’ property. Several hours later in the late evening, after I stepped on the water, my stuffs were in the water. On Monday, I must move to another room that was smaller with malfunctioned furnishings. My renting of a storage unit would start on Friday, which was 4 days away. Moving twice in a week made me exhausted. I could not complete moving until 2:40 a.m. Tuesday., primarily because I put a large bath towel and a bath mat to help stop the water and to minimize the damage. I must wring them every two hours or more often when they are fully wet. I also took time trying to wipe dry my stuff so that I did not need to move wet stuff into the new room. My Foot Massager was on the floor, and it got water. Now, when I use it, it stops from time to time. I found two roaches in my new room. This is bad because the roaches may get into my stuff. Another guest told me that her room also had a roach problem. The new room has no shower curtain for the bathtub. The bathtub was only 11 inches deep. It may not be deep enough for people to enjoy a bath, other than a sanitary issue. There were no Tub Drain Stopper or a Sink Plug. I needed to use my food container when I washed my face. Without a shower curtain, I must wipe the bathroom floor dry after a shower. The stove-top range did not work. The two plates could not be heated.

The key to my room stopped working, no one was I. The office, no one answered the phone at the number provided, and I finally had to give up and rent a room at a different hotel at 1 am. Stay away from this place! It’s horrible.
