Perfect condo in a good neighbourhood near Seattle space needle!

Mooi, gestijlde woning met alles erop en eraan. Prettig, sfeervol en compleet. Fijn zo'n cooker in de keuken, lekker snel aan de thee. De badkamer is ook erg mooi, met heerlijke regendouche, bad en vloerverwarming. Droom appartement. Lokatie dichtbij grote attracties van Seattle, halte van de "Rapid bus" is op loopafstand alsmede een fijne supermarkt. Kortom een echte aanrader.

Fourth of July get away

Let me just saw this was one of the better vacations we’ve been on. Location to downtown 10 mins away. Great food and coffee in walking distance, gas station right on the corner. Other than parking being a little tight and mattress a little soft (to our liking) the place was great. Host contacted us a couple of times to make sure our stay was relaxing and our needs were being met. We will definitely save this location for any future Seattle trips in the future. 9/10 rating

Teresa’s place was perfect for our time in Seattle! Walking distance to the zoo and easy to get downtown. She made sure we had everything we needed. Great place for girls' trip

Five stars all around! This vacation rental truly impressed us. The decor was stylish and well-thought-out, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The level of cleanliness was outstanding, and we appreciated the abundance of amenities provided. The location is a major plus, with restaurants and, crucially, a coffee shop within easy walking distance. The host was super communicative, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish, including easy check-in and check-out. A standout for one of my friends was the lack of expectation for pre-departure housekeeping, a refreshing change! We also had a minor issue that was addressed immediately and efficiently.Finally, the guest binder with its helpful and humorous instructions was a delightful and memorable touch. 今回大型のSUV車をレンタルしたため、施設の駐車場への出し入れに苦労した。施設は綺麗で清潔感もありまた、備品も十分に備わっていた。立地も良く目的地へのアクセスも良かった。

A perfect stay!

Might be my favorite vacation rental stay ever. A beautiful, well-equipped house, comfy beds and really kind & helpful owners made it so. The beautiful Seattle weather and flowers in peak bloom also helped!

Spring Seattle Stay

Great, family-friendly spot!

We spent 3 days in Seattle at the start of our spring break; this house was perfect for our family of 5. One slept on the couch/pull out while girls shared a bed and we got a room, too. Kitchen was really nice, clean and had all we needed. Check-out in particular was one of the easiest we've had (very little to do, although we always try to do all we can for hosts). Appliances and amenities were newer and easy to use. Dedicated parking was a PLUS. I thought the alley would be tricky to navigate with a big SUV, but we could easily get in/out. Thanks for a great trip!

Wonderful!

City Haven II was very clean and comfy. Located in a very walkable neighborhood. We walked to the grocery store and brought back food to cook at the rental. Felt just like home :) Although the street out front is super busy, the house is sound proof. Not only was it quiet, but the beds were extra comfortable- I slept like a baby! The host was very responsive too! We loved our stay!

Overall excellent!

Clean, bright, and spacious. Host is very helpful and responsive. Assigned parking space right outside the door is a huge plus! Updated kitchen and bathroom. Washer and dryer in the unit. The only issue we had was with the smart TV, which didn’t work well. Probably needs a software upgrade or to be replaced. Otherwise fabulous!

Great location, wonderful host

Teresa's rental truly is a city haven. Her house is well maintained and there was more than enough supplies for the 4 of us. Everything we needed grocery wise was nearby via car and some local grocers via walking. (Local grocer is across a brewery which my husband wanted to try but they were closed. Maybe next time!) Teresa was very helpful in answering my questions and really took the time to research a few things for me. Her decor is beautiful and I just love her and her husbands back story.
