The house is cute and roomy, very clean. Well stocked kitchen with some spices, oil, etc. Great back yard and one pile of wood provided. Large portable fan was useful. Neighborhood quiet. Blankets for cozy fire time were nice and there were plenty of games, puzzles and movies. The outlets are outdated - the only 3 prong outlets are in the kitchen and bath. Some of the 2 prong outlets won't firmly hold the cord in place. The path to the beach is 1/2 a block, but there is about a .25mi walk to get to the beach.There is a 99 cleaning fee but you are asked to strip the beds and start the laundry yourself.

The SeaBreeze Bungalow is a spacious and comfortable home located in a quiet neighborhood. It is a very short walk to the beach. Walking to the shops and aquarium in Seaside is just a bit longer, but doable. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to cook our meals. In the evenings, we enjoyed a fire in the fire pit in the fenced backyard. Check in was easy and communication with host was excellent! We highly recommend this VRBO.

Nice place to hang out

The house was very clean and tidy. Lots of inside games and activities which was nice as it rained pretty hard part of the stay. A nice little walk to the ocean, 1/2 block to the trails and then a small walk through the grassy dune area. Very quiet part of town, which is perfect for a relaxing get away. Very quick drive to main street or if you had a bike a nice little ride. WE loved the fire pit outside, it was nice enough to enjoy it one night. Very well equipped kitchen. I really enjoyed our stay there, my wife and i shared a room and the 4 teenage girls we had shared another and we all had a great time. I would highly recommend this house to my friends and family to visit, stay and have a relaxing time. Great owner of the property and was very responsive and kind.

Great Stay Near the Beach!

We had a fantastic time at this vacation rental! The house was spotless, well stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciated the large selection of board games and had a blast with the ping pong table.The location is perfect—just a short half-block walk to the beach, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Seaside is a great town with lots of gluten-free options, which was a big plus for a person with Celiac.A couple of small things to note: the bedrooms let in a lot of light, so if you're sensitive to that, you might want to bring an eye mask. Also, the pillows weren't the most comfortable—I'll bring my own next time.All in all, a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely come back—next time with our dog in tow!

Excellent location

Location was just perfect. 5 min walk to the shore and that part of the beach at Seaside was not very crowded at all. A perfect walk for our dog!The only reasons for the 4 stars are because 1) there is no access to the backyard from the house itself - you have to go out either the front and around or out the side door and to the gate a short distance. This only matter for dog owners as it means you can’t just open a slider and let the dog out when they need to go out for a potty break. The backyard is wonderful, though. Just a small nitpick for sure.The second is that both of the gates TO the backyard are very difficult to latch closed. It doesn’t just close behind you - you have to stand up on the brick, raise the latch, and pull the gate closed very hard to get it to latch. We only discovered this after our initial visit to the backyard and then leaving… only to come back and the gate was open due to the wind. We adjusted from there, but it is worth noting - again, mostly for dog owners so they don’t run out when you think the gate is latched.But overall, a great home and a superb location. Would highly recommend if you want to visit this region!

Wonderful Getaway for All!

Our family of 5 dog loved our weekend at this home! There was a large, fenced backyard which had a fire pit and games and was a great place to spend time. Beach access is right up the street and simple to get to! The house was so cute and coastal and had plenty of room for all. Thank you for a great weekend!
