The home was full of little issues which we were prepared to just deal with (dirty, leaky/broken kitchen faucet, washer only works on certain settings, broken shower on main floor, oven too small for most pans, takes 30 mins to heat up and cooks unpredictably, terrible/incorrectly set up ventilation for the gas stove, spotty wifi throughout the house, etc) but when the water heater started leaking the end of the 2nd of a 6 day stay, and I reached out right away, I ended up reaching out 4 or more times to be told every time how important we were and how they would address the issue, only to go the rest of our stay without hot water. Absurd. Many things were very dirty, it doesn't seem to be professionally cleaned regularly or deeply cleaned ever really. Food in the couch cushions, toy parts under the beds and couches, dirty dishes in the cabinets, etc. This house needs a major overhaul, outdated decor is one thing, broken necessities that are likely original to the 90s home is not acceptable, the location is great, the 6 bedrooms plus a loft with 2 queens is great for groups, but the house is not a great fit if you're expecting things to be working and usable.
