The host was very kind and even let us check in early! Growing up in the area this is a great location for a family as easy access to the boardwalk/beach when needed. The home needed a lot of cleaning but besides that the stay was wonderful.

This property was such an amazing find !! The host “ Guy” was such a gentleman and was amazing Host. Not only did he allow me and my family check in early, he was so friendly and help full, with where to eat, visit and so forth. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this property and the host was over and above amazing, that I had too let others looking to stay in seaside, know, that I will never look anywhere else , next year when it’s time to take the family to seaside. The property was so clean , so modern, everything worked , the amenities just kept coming to meet every need that we required. The host “ Guy “ was such a gentleman and kept checking in with me to see if everything was going good, he also showed me the amazing “ front house” property that he also rents out , and that just icing on the cake !! I could write for every about how beautiful this trip was because of this property and its host was , and to top it all off , my wife and are two young ones as well as my 80 year old in-laws , had a five minute walk to the beach. Please , if you’re heading down to seaside, and want the best “ bang for your buck” and want to be in paradise, book this property, I promise, there is no disappointment possible with this property or the other property next to it, and if any was to pop up , the amazing gentleman and host “ Guy” will take care of you as if you are his family!! Great girls weekend

To summit up, the experience was great! We had an amazing time close to shops food, and just a couple blocks from the beach. Guy gave amazing suggestions for us ladies to have a good time and enjoy the experience fully definitely recommend coming back again.

Perfect location

Stayed at Guy’s property in seaside for a girls weekend on Labor Day. We had a pleasant stay. Perfect amount of space and location to beach and boardwalk was excellent. Communication with Guy was very pleasant, he answered any questions I had in a timely manner. I would stay here again!

Perfect location

The place was in a perfect location to the boardwalk and Tom's River where my Uncle lives. There was plenty of room. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. The host called immediately when I had a problem opening the door. Allowing us to check-in early and offered us to take our time leaving since there was no one checking in that day.

Backyard home

The property manager, Mr Guy was someone who really cared about me and my family for our safety.What is more important than safety when we are out of our own home? The answer is: nothing more counts than that. Besides this, the house we had was newly renovated, everything was running very well, functional, so my family’s and I enjoyed our stay at the maximum level. Bada Boom House on the Jersey Shore

We were visiting family at the shore with our daughter, son in law and 2 grandkids (ages 7 and 3). The house was very nice overall; needs a few minor repairs that we made the owners aware of. It was very clean and the owners responded to us quickly. Location was perfect for kids, within walking distance to beach and boardwalk and in the other direction , we found a great playground/adult workout park that was even closer. The only complaint we had was that one of the beds was uncomfortable and needs replacement.

Great location, responsive host

We mostly enjoyed our stay at the Bada Boom shore house. New Townhouse, well equipped. Seamless check-in process. The owner was very reachable, and ensured we enjoyed our stay. He gave us great restaurant recommendation, dropped off beach passes and was in communication with us throughout our stay. Comfortable beds and fully stacked kitchen. One negative comment is that while the place itself was cleaned well, the living room couches are badly stained and dirty and needs to be replaced. Place is 5 minutes walk from Seaside Heights beach, but we ended up driving to Seaside Park beach most days because we enjoyed that beach better. A bit out of the way of the crowds.
