« I arrived and the room we were assigned was not up to par did not smell clean furniture was in very poor condition toilet was leaking. This hotel needs a whole renovation you are charging premium prices and your hotel does not meet the standards! Pictures are deceiving, They were able to accommodate us to another room that was in better shape. I did give hotel staff 5 stars for taking care of us. Hotel is not worth the money we paid unfortunately. »

« This is a budget hotel so I kept my expectations low. It's easy to find and even though it's right off the interstate, it's not very noisy. That's probably because the in-room old style AC unit is making a fairly loud hum, and it runs continuously because this is Texas summer. The room is mostly clean except for a medium size spider in the wash area outside the bathroom. There are cobwebs too which means those corners have not been cleaned for at least a week. « The room was Ok, in the restroom there were holes in the wall between the shower and the door, the toilet paper holder was broken, there were little roaches crawling around in the restroom, there was no water pressure in the shower. The door trim in the restroom was dirty, there were paint stains on the wall in the restroom behind the door. »

« If you book here and ask for handicap room no guarantee you’ll get it. I asked for one and did not stay in one, even though through Expedia, I did have handicap when I got to the location. It was a regular room. I told the front desk about it and they told me they didn’t see it. even though something was said no room was changed »
