Vaca away from kids

This was a very cute, cozy, & clean place. Perfect for couples that just want to relax. The community is 90% elderly and they have lots of rules. If you are a drinker and smoker, THIS IS NOT the place for you. We don't do any of that so it was perfect. Beds were so comfortable allowing for a perfect nights sleep. My biggest complaint is there was NO fireplace. I spent an extra 250 SPECIFICALLY for the fireplace that was listed. Had this not listed a fireplace, I wouldn't have rented it. I would have gone where I really wanted to be.Also, there was no clear communication. When reaching out about the fireplace and the broken fence that was a hazard, I message three different contacts and no one reached back out. I received text from 3 different numbers before, during, & after the stay, it was very confusing.Other then that, this was a very nice stay. Food wise, The Hangout & the Corn dog spot thats a 3-5min walk away are DELICIOUS!!!

Next to the condo is the port for our Navy.

We had to clean the patio. We had to fix the shower head. The sheets on the king bed had a blood stain. We had to buy new sheets. The television controller buttons would stick, so it was frustrating to use. We had to replace the patio lights with softer lights because the lights that were in place were annoyingly bright. The bedroom shutters permitted too much light to shine in. The windows need blackout shades because the flood lights outside and the neighbors' lights would go on throughout the night.

Lovely property. Parking in this area of Seal Beach is difficult. The rental came with 1 space. Our adult children parked their car on the street a block away. I reached out to the owner the evening we arrived to ask if the adjoining parking space was available for the duration of our trip. She never responded to my question. Turns out that it was open all weekend, but I didn't want to chance it and cause an issue if the adjoining rental was also booked. It would've been nice to get a response.

We had a wonderful time at this place. I agree with some comments is like being on a private beach, away from crowded area. I love that the owners thought of most little things that matter like having waterholes to remove sand before getting in to the house, little night lights in the rooms, wonderful smelling body wash, hair wash and conditioner, hand soap, dish soap with new Sponge, fans, flashlight and so much more. You would need to bring your own umbrella, wine opener and a lighter incase you would like to BBQ, because those are the things we didnt see. We also had an SUV and had no problems parking. I couldn't give 5 strars due to blanket, feelt very plastici and pillows were very stiff, due to it we couldn't really sleep comfortably but over all we had an amazing time with perfect weather and wonderful beach water.

Appartment in toller Lage mit kleinen Einschränkungen.

Das Appartment liegt direkt am Strand von Seal Beach. Trotzdem ist der Preis des Appartments völlig überzogen. Es fehlte Equipment in der Küche und der Abfluss der Spüle war nach dem ersten Abspülen verstopft. Bei Belegung mit 4 Personen fehlt immer ein Sitzplatz, Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls für max. 3 Personen ausgelegt.Da wir nur 3 Tage vor Ort waren, konnten wir uns damit arrangieren - einen längeren Aufenthalt kann ich mir dort so nicht vorstellen.
