'Booked this room for an overnight stay to attend a family event the next day .The staff were friendly & welcoming everything we needed to know was explained .We were not pressured to eat at the pub but enjoyed the reasonably priced bar meals we chose .The food was freshly cooked The owner was especially helpful as we needed to change to go to the event .The pub was unable to offer an extension on the room.checkout but let us change in one of the new soon to be released rooms free of charge...
