'The pictures do not match the property!'

'kamer stonk naar leek wel zweetvoeten en het behang kwam van de muur. De toiletpot zat los zodat je erg voorzichtig moest doen. Bij het ontbijt werd pas op het eind de jus de orange bijgevuld nadat heel veel mensen hadden misgegrepen. Ik ga graag naar een Best Western hotel maar dit was gewoon slecht en ik was blij dat we maar 1 nacht hier waren'

'We had the best stay! We stayed for 9 days, our room was always cleaned and had new towels, the beds were comfy and the staff was amazing!!! Everyone was so kind and happy! The one thing we didn’t like was the parking was tight in the front but they didn’t tell us about the spaces in the back! There is another parking lot behind the building! The breakfast was perfect and always stocked up! Deff worth the stay!'

'The staff was not particularly friendly. We ended up having to downgrade one of our rooms in order to get both on the same floor. The pool was not clean. There were clumps of hair and dirt floating in it. Housekeeping is only offered every other day, so our towels were not replenished. For what we paid, this hotel was disappointing.'
