2907 Atrium Villas is a beautifully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with all new furnishings. This open-concept floor plan allows for breathtaking golf course views from the living area and kitchen. The living area features a large Smart TV and access to the private covered patio. The kitchen features granite counters and stainless appliances.

Both bedrooms have all new Purple mattresses. The primary bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and access to the private patio. The attached bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features 2 queen beds and has access to a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Atrium Villas boast a prime Seabrook Island location next to the Seabrook Island Beach Club amenity center and only minutes from the white sands. There is an elevator in this complex for guest convenience. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Oceanfront on Seabrook Island. Private beach access at Boardwalk #7 by club terrace or # 8 to the west of club.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this property.

Parking: Covered parking below the building. Maximum number of vehicles is 2. Car pass fee is an additional $45/car.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
