This house was great for what we needed - a BED for seven adults to sleep. We appreciated the large kitchen, the comfortable furniture, the beds were adequately comfortable, the location was perfect for the wedding we were attending on Seabrook and communication was good with management. The showers were both good and it was easy for all of us to dress for the wedding without bumping into one another.The reason that I'm only giving it four stars is because there were ZERO tissue boxes in the house,1 roll of paper towels, one garbage bag, the kitchen was disorganized and poorly stocked, the pans were old and sketchy, as my adult children pointed out, with peeling teflon, they only supplied 2 oz of coffee for a house with seven adults and there were NO coffee filters.I would have appreciated some sort of cleaning spray for the top of the glass top stove and steel wool to clean the rusty cast iron pan. The fridge had a substantial leak that we walked into unaware early the first morning.There was substantial mold on the porch that prevented us from using it but I'm not sure if that can be controlled in South Carolina? Because our trip was 2/27-3/2, we didn't use any of the amenities so I'm unable to comment on those. Perhaps the management has had a problem with guest stealing supplies but, if that's the case, I would recommend that they check reviews on their guests and stock appropriately. Overall I WOULD recommend and hopefully the management will take notes.
