Communication with host was poor. Text messages (both sent to phone and on Vrbo) were not monitored - required to call directly to speak with property managers which was not always convenient. Questions about garage code and check-in logistics went unanswered for days with multiple follow-ups. Also, when paying premium prices for premier properties, there is an expectation that the toiletries and detergents are of a certain quality. Not off-brand detergents or motel-standard shampoos. The “starter” dishwasher liquid was clearly watered down from a previous guest. Aside from these relatively minor issues, the property is wonderful. My family has been renting this particular property for 8 consecutive years. It was sold last year and this is the first time staying here with the new owners so we may be sensitive to what we have grown accustomed to from our history with this property. We have many memories here and hope to continue for years to come.

Good location. Not very clean. The shower curtains were disgusting and not the best clean before we arrived. The agency told us 3 weeks before the trip work was being done on the beach. They started work at 6:45am most days. Woke everyone up.

Best location on Seabrook

The location, and features of this property are perfect for our family of six. I have no qualms giving this the highest rating. The amenities and shopping area near by are fantastic. Also recommend booking a fishing charter if you get a chance. Overall 10/10, excellent!

Great home in perfect location!

Our first time to Seabrook Island, we had a wonderful time in this lovely home! It is spacious, comfortable, very well-stocked with everything one could possibly need or want, and has an owner who is incredibly responsive to any questions! We would highly recommend staying here and will be back again!

Beautiful property in beautiful setting

We stayed 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. The property is perfectly situated on Seabrook Island within walking distance of all amenities, of which there are plenty. The home was well appointed and spotless with all the necessary conveniences. The hosts went above and beyond the call of duty to assure our stay was problem free, responding to every query promptly. We intend on returning as soon as possible. My only point of note is that this property has a boardwalk leading directly to the water during high tide, so I'd advise caution with small children.

Lifetime Memories

Our weeklong stay was one of the highlights of the year for me and my family. The house is just beautiful and super functional with all you want or need. I am not sure if I loved the unsurpassed ocean view out of the living room or the ease of navigating the beach and pool amenities more. Truly a week that generated memories that will last a lifetime!

Perfect for multigenerational vacations!

I cannot wait to come back next year. The home is beautiful and so well equipped with amenities. Just a few steps away from the beach and we loved the abundance of animal and sea life we experienced. Dolphins, deer, rays and crabs.

Perfect stay

We couldn’t have asked for more for our family vacation. The house was more than comfortable for our family of 8. We loved watching the dolphins and pelicans from the back deck, walking along the shoreline at low tide, and exploring Seabrook and all its amenities. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful property!

We recently stayed with two sets of grandparents and our toddler. The property was very clean, well kept, and had beautiful beach views! The elevator was key for my in-laws. The location was great—a block away from the pool and restaurants, very easy to navigate. The only downside was there were times of day that the tide came the whole way up to the pier steps so we had to be a bit strategic about when we went out back, but there are plenty of other areas of beach access and we had a wonderful time.

Family Graduation Trip was perfect

An amazing find. Price seemed fair for the experience. I don’t think there could have been a better location on Seabrook Island! The property owners were very communicative and super to deal with. They even did a quick shout out to us not long after we arrived just to make sure everything was perfect and as we expected. Even though we are all the way from Seattle, I think we will seriously consider a trip back to this property! And I can’t forget to mention the hours of dolphin watching from the back deck.

Most beautiful backyard in Seabrook!

Location! Location! Location! This venue has it all! We saw South Carolina wild life daily with dolphins, sharks, jelly fish, birds, wild bunnies and gators. We had access to any amenity that we desired and a very safe environment to enjoy. Beautiful vacation! Sunsets and sunrises were amazing. Our host was terrific as well,! He was very attentive with any little mishap or accomodation that we needed. We will definitely return and hopefully soon! The weather was not great but Charelston is so close to keep teenagers busy. I love this area!

Our expectations were exceeded by this lovely rental. The home was so comfortable and clean, and the setting couldn't be beat. Dolphins swimming past all day and gorgeous sunsets at night. Perfectly located within Seabrook Island, near the beach club and golf. We will definitely be back.

Love Seabrook!

We love Seabrook- we have been going every year for the last 40 years, staying at various properties. This was our 1st time at this unit- it's extremely comfortable, well located with easy access to the beach, and view of beautiful sunsets. We had a great time! Only suggestions- we cook a lot when we are there and the kitchen could use some additional supplies such as a cutting board, CLEAN cookie sheets, and serving bowls/platters. We were there in December and it was cold out- we could have used heavier blankets. Many rentals lock a cabinet or closet, but this unit had huge padlocks on many cabinets in the kitchen and bar area- this seemed very unwelcoming. But all in all it was a wonderful 2 weeks!

Wonderful location and home

The location was wonderful and the home was clean and welcoming. My family enjoyed the stay. We have been visiting Kiawah for many years and this was our first stay at Seabrook. We enjoyed the beach, pools and biking.

Lovely location and house

The house was in great condition and the view is wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed a family getaway. Due to the location of the beach front property, the waves are kept to a minimum. This was perfect for our 2 year-old daughter who was just introduced to the ocean. She played to her heart’s content and then at high tide, when most of the beach is gone, we took advantage of the kiddy pool at the beach club and she also had the time of her life there. The owners are extremely responsive and we didn’t lack for anything. We also caught one of the most beautiful sunsets ever our last night there. It was a great vacation!!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this property is. Amazing!

There were 8 of us. Six adults and our two grandsons ages 3 and 5. The house was beautiful, we were a short walk or Golf cart ride to the pools and outdoor restaurants. I would absolutely suggest this Property to everyone. The hosts were absolutely gracious and sincerely want to Make sure your stay is Perfect!

A perfect fit for our family who range from age 2 to 72.

This home was everything we expected from the listing. The community and neighbors could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The amenities for golf and tennis we’re available and the beach right there!

Beautiful property & responsive host

We chose this property for our annual week long 4th of July vacation. The home was perfect for our two families and 3 teenage kids. The teenagers loved the proximity to the beach club and pelicans nest and we loved being right on the water! The host was very responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. We highly recommend!

Great location, comfortable and well-stocked.

Comfortable touches throughout the home, including well-stocked kitchen appliances, dishware, and utensils. Special bonus: variety of herbs and spices! Very close to the beach, and I even enjoyed being washed over by high tide. If you would prefer all day sand, and less high tide, beach on other side of the Club is short drive, even a short-moderate walk if not carrying a lot of gear. Sumpter was very responsive,and took care of seven looped together rental bicycles that were blocking access to garage, apparently neglected pick-up by rental company. Very expansive streaming channels, but I would ask Sumpter to provide a listing and useage guide for the less tech savvy-perhaps well-displayed in plain sight? It was beautiful weather, though and we did not do movie nights after all.

Perfect Family Beach Vacation

My wife and I, our two adult sons, their wives and our two grandsons stayed at this beautiful, beachfront home the first week of May. We'd all been excited about this trip based on the pictures online but to a person we all agreed the pictures don't do this home and community justice. We'd never been to Seabrook Island before and all I can say is "Wow". First class facilities coupled with a completely unspoiled environment. We saw deer outside nearly every day and we did see dolphins several times each day. The home is well-equipped and with four full bathrooms everyone had plenty of space to get ready. We highly recommend this beautiful property and will definitely plan to return.

Fabulous Ocean Front Location

The perfect location for a family get-a-way. All the amenities and comforts to accommodate a multi-generational family of adults. This property is in walking distance to the pool and golf and close proximity to the tennis club. Offering a great neighborhood for casual bike riding, sightseeing and more. Expect to see dolphins during tidal changes. This property is very well kept, well equipped and nicely appointed and clean. Sumter our host, is very good with an immediate response to every question or request. You will really enjoy your stay on Seabrook Island. And if you like golf, you will appreciate this course. Fun in the Sun

We loved This fabulous residence! Great family vacation on beautiful Seabrook Island. Spacious and light condo overlooking the water and beach with magnificent sunsets at the end of a perfect day. Located in a very natural setting with upscale amenities -we enjoyed our stay. Lots of space, nice decks, elevator for ease of entry, a large kitchen, big bedrooms and ample baths. Thanks to our hosts for making it so Wonderful. We will be back for sure!
