Experience the ultimate Lowcountry getaway at 1415 Duneloft Villas, where adventure begins just beyond your front door. This charming property is perfectly situated steps away from the Seabrook Island Crab Dock and Kayak launch, offering easy access to marsh explorations and tidal creek views. Guests can enjoy the peace and quiet of this standalone villa or take a short stroll to the community pool located directly across the street at Creekwatch Villas. Whether you've spent the day at the island's pristine beaches or relaxing by the Seabrook Island Beach Club pools, this home provides a serene sanctuary to unwind.
The interior of the villa exudes warmth with an open floor plan characterized by wooden floors, soaring vaulted ceilings, and large ceiling fans that keep the space breezy and bright. The main floor features a spacious great room with comfortable seating and a 55" Smart TV for entertainment, though the fireplace is decorative only. Nearby, the dining area flows seamlessly into a well-equipped kitchen. The primary suite is also located on this level, offering a King bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. For a quiet moment, step through the bedroom's sliding doors onto your private screened deck. There is also a lovely sitting area in the primary- the perfect spot for sipping coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail.
Accommodations continue with a main guest bedroom on the first floor featuring a Queen bed and a twin daybed, along with its own private en-suite bath. Practical conveniences, like a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer, are neatly tucked under the stairs. The second floor reveals a roomy loft that serves as a special retreat, complete with built-in bunks with 4 twin beds and sliding doors leading to another private deck.
Outside, a grill is available for guest use, perfect for hosting a sunset dinner
Pets NOT allowed
*As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
ONLY GAS LSV RENTALS ALLOWED
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants
The Lake House facility is Managed exclusively by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA).
Outdoor Pool: Complimentary access with QR code
Fitness Center, Group Fitness Classes & Indoor Pool: Available at a daily rate of $15 per person per day.
Kayaks are the property of the owners and are NOT for guest use
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
