Cross the street to Pelican Beach to catch the sunset, or stroll just past the Beach Club to North Beach for wide stretches of sand, ocean waves, tide pools, and dolphins! The Golf Club is literally in your backyard, offering two championship courses, casual drinks at Bohicket Lounge, and fine dining at the Palmetto Room. The charge is $45/vehicle for 1-179 days. Charge is different for stays over 179 days.

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
