Having spent 47 years returning to the Keys, all I'd ask of the Drift would be for a more friendly staff, make some essential repairs, and upgrade some of the accomodations. 'Rustig en ruim opgezette resort wat verder van de Overseas Highway afgelegen. Kamer was ruim en met een volledig ingerichte keuken waar je prima zelf een ontbijt kon maken. Het is schoon, fris en goed onderhouden - het enige minpuntje was dat onze airco relatief veel lawaai maakte. Het eigen strand was netjes onderhouden en heel rustig; een plus voor ons was dat je er ook gratis gebruik kon maken van de aanwezige kayaks en paddleboards. Het zwembad is in de zomermaanden gekoeld - heel prettig...

'The houseboat was adorable. It was probably one of the cleanest “hotels” I’ve ever stayed at. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Loved watching the dolphins from the deck in the morning. The front desk staff were wonderful- very friendly. There was an excellent bagel place a short walk away. The only thing to keep in mind is the boat says it sleeps 7 but the 7th loft bed would really only work for a child- or very small agile adult. The owners thought of everything you may need on your stay. Our family rented multiple units at ocean pointe and this one surpassed them all. There was plenty of space for our four children.
