'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'

'I don’t usually leave reviews. Came in for 5 days we are in are later 30s looking to relax and reset which was nice but there’s literally nothing to do here. Pool is small and everytime we went to the bar no one was there had to wait. Breakfast lunch and dinner were all in the same spot food was okay not many options and not any place to grab snacks or anything mid day. Everytime We went for lunch and dinner reservations we are waiting to be seated and there’s not enough staff takes forever to...

'This place was absolutely beautiful. Food was great. Views were amazing. The ONLY thing a bit negative is that the locals and staff were not that welcoming. Some staff were excellent and friendly, some were not. Overall, I would rate it a 4.8 out of 5.'
