We have been coming to Sea Ranch for over 20 years and this is hands-down the most well-stocked home especially in the kitchen. We usually bring our own stuff like knives but it wasn't necessary. The master suite is awesome but the one across is small and the one upstairs has no real door. Since there were 3 couples, deciding who gets which rooms was tricky. The work desk facing the ocean is spectacular. While it feels homey to have a lot of the owners' stuff in the house, it also led to lack of space to store things in the fridge & kitchen cabinets, garage. Also, note that the hot tub is a jacuzzi inside master bath so we only used it once as we didn't want to waste water. Owner (Deborah) is super responsive and helpful - we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Spot

This vacation rental was very accommodating, stylish, and clean. The main bedroom has a comfy bed and deep tub. The owners are very easy to message and even left a bottle of wine. We enjoyed our stay as always in the majestic Sea Ranch. Thank you!

We loved staying here for a family getaway. Quiet and Relaxing

Beautiful house with well equipped kitchen; so well equipped we didn’t eat any meals out. This was a first for us. Great communication and very nice owners. Quiet location at end of a cul-de-sac. This house is among the best we’ve rented at Sea Ranch.

Total Relaxation!

This home is very welcoming and comfortable with a wonderful layout and beautiful view of the ocean. All the beds are amazingly comfortable with plush bedding. There are two grocery stores 5 minutes away that have everything you need, and the home has a well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. It’s very close to the bluff trail for a long daily or evening walk to enjoy all the Beauty of Sea Ranch. Enjoyed sitting on the outside deck while deer had no problem walking right in front of us while we enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean. Evenings can be enjoyed with their wonderful fireplace and movie streaming on their relaxing furniture. There truly isn’t enough wonderful things to say about this beautiful home, other than we will definitely want to return and anyone considering staying here will not be disappointed. We can’t thank the hosts enough for opening their beautiful home for everyone to enjoy and the welcoming bottle of wine at our arrival.

Nice property on Sea Ranch

House was clean, beds were cozy with electric blankets, kitchen was well stocked with pots, knives etc. There are very nice walking trails all around. My family loved playing on the beautiful piano. View was very nice. Deb was a very responsive host to my questions. Check out cleaning process was extremely reasonable (start a load of laundry, start dishwasher ands take out garbage). Would stay here again.

Beautiful setting to be with family

This property was lovely and allowed all of our family to be together and yet have plenty of privacy. The ocean views were lovely as well as a wonderfully appointed kitchen for enjoying the making of communal dinners. We all appreciated being close to the various trails that allowed us to immerse ourselves in the surrounding nature.

Great stay

Stayed here with my 2 teen daughters for the holiday weekend. All three beds were extremely comfortable and the master shower was so relaxing. Conveniently located on the north end of Sea Ranch. Well appointed modern and bright kitchen and nice view of ocean. Debby was easy to communicate with. We rent often at Sea Ranch and Debby’s home is one we will definitely try to come back to.

New Years at Sea Ranch

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property! Our party included two couples and a one year old, and the house was perfectly sized for us. The kitchen was fully stocked to make wonderful meals "at home," the living room was very cozy, and the house was situated with a great view and just a short walk from some of the most beautiful coast line in the world. We highly recommend and would stay again!

Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Beautiful home and property. It is just as described. It also has a great kitchen which we loved using over our Thanksgiving stay. Owner was very attentive, checked on us and was quick to respond. Great checkin/check out process. Highly recommend!

Good Stay.

The property is promoted as a "beach front." It is technically beach front as there's no other structure in front of the home, BUT part of the neighbor's house to the right is partially obstructing the ocean view and hard to ignore as it is right there. In addition, the home is situated far back from the ocean that it's hard to hear the waves. The home is clean but it does have a lot of owner's personal items. When we checked it, we got the impression that we got in the wrong house as it felt like we were invading their space. It took awhile to get use to it. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and most, if not all, have been neutralized of any personality. Other than that, it's a beautiful home. Thank you for letting us stay there.

Relaxing and beautiful home

Had a relaxing and enjoyable time exploring Sea Ranch and Gualala. Walking the bluff trail and watching for sea life was amazing and so convenient. Relaxing getaway

We enjoyed the privacy and serene surroundings of this home. The location is convenient to local hikes and food options. The listing is true to its description and the home is very clean and well maintained. The owners were responsive and prompt in communicating. We appreciated the 30min early check in accommodation, as we got in a little early. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay. Starfish galore!

Deborah and Mel’s home was lovely. Just as in the pictures. The location was one of a kind - so many beaches (many times we were the only ones on them!), starfish, sand dollars, hermit crabs, seals, dolphins and amazing sunsets. It was a lovely 3 days.

Excellent rental in a great location

This is such a great location with a beautiful ocean view. There's an amazing, pretty private beach just below if you're willing to wade through the estuary, which our family including kids and older adults all loved. There's also a beautiful nature trail in the other direction. Of course the bluff trail in both directions with Gualala Point close by. It's so nice being a few minutes from the grocery store as well. We appreciated the bottle of wine left for us! Kitchen could have used a few more amenities like tongs (unless we couldn't find them) and basic pantry items like olive oil, honey, soy sauce, baking soda, etc. Things you just need a spoonful of... if we had known, we would have brought more things from home. Fireplace was very cozy and lovely. Kids had a little trouble sleeping since the 3rd bedroom loft opens to the living room. Would be ideal if it had a door! Overall, everyone loved the house and had a great time.
