'Awesome place to enjoy sunset. John is a great host. Check in is very simple. The boathouse has everything that you need to have a good time with family or friends. Just one thing if you are afraid of spiders you might think about it. But we really enjoyed the weekend at the boathouse.'

'Very nice TV And access to movies. Thought it was on the water but down the street. Nice balcony. Lot across was a demo site. Not owners fault. Cigarette smoke in house was a challenge for us. Welcomed our dogs though and very welcoming and helpful. '
