Our guest house is located on the Nesslegg sun plateau above Schröcken at 1500 meters above sea level. Surrounded by a unique mountain panorama, in the middle of an intact nature, our region is a true mountain sports paradise and the ideal starting point for various activities, numerous hikes and mountain tours of all kinds.

Thanks to our optimal location, you can enjoy your vacation car-free. The free ski bus, with a stop right next to our house, brings you comfortably
in only 5 minutes to the largest connected ski area in Austria.

In the evening you can enjoy the valley run right to our front door.


SUMMER IN WARTH & SCHRÖCKEN:
Take a vacation at over 1,500 m, in the middle of the Hochtannberg Nature Park, in an almost pollen-free zone. Perfect for allergy sufferers, pleasure hikers and fun adventurers. This is how Warth-Schröcken presents itself to its guests in summer! Between the imposing Lechtal Alps, the Allgäu main ridge, the Bregenzerwald mountains and the extremely charming Lech source mountains, you will find a wonderful mountain world with varied tour options, from family hikes to challenging mountain tours with climbing passages. If you love adventure, Warth-Schröcken is the place for you. The Schröcken Alpine School and Strolz Adventure Vacation offer a program of intensive climbing courses, canyoning tours and an exciting children's program with children's canyoning tours, Indiana Jones tours, children's climbing, adventure days and wilderness camps. From 3 nights onwards - float, swim, sunbathe, ride the buses on the cable cars - free of charge and as often as you want.

Adventure park, high ropes course for young and old: Vorarlberg's largest high ropes park, the Schröcken adventure park is created over the white water of the Bregenzerache, in the forest and on the rocks.

The park is located in the gorge of the Bregenzerache and uses its natural rock formations, the forest and the white water as the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable outdoor experience. The parcours with different levels of difficulty and at heights of 3 to 15 meters are suitable for individuals, families, companies, clubs ...

NERVICE-TICKING SITUATIONS, FLIGHTS AND ADRENALINE KICK!

Float on a thin rope twelve meters high above the water - deep below the rushing white spray of the waterfall: a tickling situation, even for the 'coolest' teenagers. In the Schröcken Adventure Park, all brave can experience this soaring flight with the 150-meter Flying Foxbahn and the associated adrenaline rush. The park has a total of 30 different stations, two zip lines and the infamous Flying Foxbahn.

WINTER IN WARTH & SCHRÖCKEN:
Warth-Schröcken is one of the most snow-sure ski resorts in the Alps. The ski resort on the Arlberg records an average of 11 meters of fresh snow fallen in the ten-year average - the record is 16.5 meters! The free ski bus runs right next to our house every quarter of an hour in the middle of the ski area.

The Schröcken village run leads you directly to our house, so we offer you skiing fun right on your doorstep.

Pure winter fun, in which not only skiers, but also snowboarders, carvers and ambitious racers get their money's worth on their own slopes! The little guests prefer to go in
Pauli's ski arena at the Salober valley station. There are obstacle courses, mogul slopes, swings, ski jumps, slides.
