'We stayed one night prior to a early morning flight out of Bush International Airport. The hotel staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and very clean. There were several restaurants nearby, which was helpful too. This is a small, but great little hotel, especially for the price. This hotel exceeded our expectations!'

'I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's extremely noisy and inconvenient located.The price of the rooms are ridiculous for the terrible service I encountered. I had to change rooms multiple times and was even sent to a room already occupied by another guest. Their rooms have mold and the TVs don't work properly. I wasn't even able to watch any channels on the TV and had to use my laptop and HDMI cable to watch my shows. The housekeeping staff is exceptionally rude. They don't actually...

Het ontbijt was ook heel basic. enkel zoete opties beschikbaar en niets van fruit. Ook het aanvullen gebeurde niet. '

'There was NO AIRPORT shuttle service! I did not stay there at all. Their service only worked from 7 am to 7 pm so was of no use to me at all. I need a refund!!'

'Op het vliegveld was het onduidelijk met welke shuttle we bij het hotel konden komen. De telefoon werd ruim 20 minuten niet opgenomen dus misschien is het handig deze info vooruit op te vragen bij het hotel want na een vlucht van zo'n 9 uur wil je het liefste zo snel mogelijk naar je hotel.'

'Check in was a hassle. I was told I couldn’t have a room to myself and that someone else had to be in the room with me and they would need to be here as well to scan their ID. I have never in my life heard of a hotel requiring 2 people in a room. After finally getting in the room, all of the light switches were worn out and hard to use and the room had a horrible stench. Staff was friendly but that’s the only good thing I can say about this place'

'Everything was great and hotel staff is wonderful and very helpful and accommodating when it came to parking. The only complaint I would have is there is not a lot of parking and we have a truck and trailer. But the front desk worker(might be the manager I didn’t get his angel or anything) was super understanding and helpful when it came to figuring out parking.'

'Catfish hotel. Checking in Horrible it took 30 minutes just for them to find a room. once I got to my room housekeeping was just finishing cleaning my room which I made a reservation. The room was a complete mess, tiles on the floor were coming up, bathroom had mildew and flies coming from the wall. The air conditioning unit in the room was broken still pushing out cold air, but was not attached properly. There were no amenities like the bar nor the hotel provided tissue, toothpaste, toothbrush,...

'I booked Days Inn because they offer breakfast and airport shuttle. At arrival at the property there was a sign on the frontdesk window that they do NOT provide breakfast due to covid19. Nothing mentioned about this on Hotels.com site! The room smelled like someone had smoked in the room and the heater did not work. Another room was not available so this was a real waste of money. Never again!'
