'I booked a double bed room in June 2025, changed to double twin bed room in September 2025 with confirmation, and received a small double bed room. Ownership changed in February 2026, new owner told me not to received change of booking, stayed 9 days, received for 3 days extra room.'

'We made a last minute reservation and all went fine. The room was spotless clean and there was a very good shower. The bar is very authentic and both the dinner and breakfast were very good. We had a nice view on the lake.'

'Great place to stay right at the end of the bus route that crosses the islands. Really good restaurant (especially for fish lovers!), super friendly and helpful staff, convenient for the Pentland Ferry - what’s not to like !'

'9日間滞在しました。タオルの交換はありましたが部屋の掃除は1度もありませんでした。床に小さなごみが落ちたままになっていたり、浴室には髪の毛が落ちたままで、自分たちで取り除きました。 またタオル交換の時に偶然見たのですが、コーヒーカップは洗うことなく汚れたふきんで拭いているだけでした。 場所は便利ですが、長期滞在にはお勧めしません。 併設するレストランも、スタッフによっての対応が違い、差別的な感じを受けました。 フロントの対応は非常に良かったです。'
