The comfortable “Stressless” vacation apartment, which accommodates 2 adults and 2 children, is located on the first floor of this small residential complex, in a quiet setting just a few meters from the Baltic Sea. The Scharbeutz Dune Trail is just a 7-minute walk away via the promenade.


The apartment features a spacious living area equipped with a sofa bed for 2 children (1.30 m x 2.0 m), a TV, and Wi-Fi, as well as a dining area for 4 people. Floor-to-ceiling windows create a bright and welcoming living atmosphere. A spacious, partially covered southwest-facing sun terrace with comfortable patio furniture—including a beach chair and a small garden area—invites you to relax at any time of day. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and features all standard appliances.


The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.0 m), a spacious closet, and an additional TV. A high chair is available free of charge upon request. The windows are equipped with blackout blinds. The bathroom, which gets natural light, features a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a hair dryer.

A parking space is located directly in front of the building. A washing machine and dryer are available for free use. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
