'We'd had a bad experience with another hotel requiring us to move at short notice. The service at here was infinitely better. Comfy spacious rooms with everything you'd ask for. Staff were friendly and the food was very good. Breakfast was brilliant and parking availability couldnt be better. Very pleased we stayed here and thank you for having us.'

'Leuke B&B op loopafstand van Scarborough centrum. Zeer aardige gastvrouw, parkeren kan op eigen terrein of gratis voor de deur (gastvrouw gaf me een parkeervergunning). Als de kamer nou ook nog een bad had gehad, was het 7x een 5 beoordeling geweest.'

'Rebecca is the best! Whatever you want/need she’s there! Had a problem with the bedside lamp - she fixed it, injured my knee, she fed me (not for free I hasten to add before scores of people want the same!). She cooked my breakfast and made sure I was made to feel VERY welcome. Sort of sorry to leave!'

'The property is well maintained and very clean , we found the room spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of items to order. The host James was very professional and happy to advise on the area . Close to the cliff lift to the spa, and we found the area nice for walking around Scarborough. The public transport links are close by , you can easily leave the car parked and enjoy a driving free break. We would fully recommend the waves for a short or longer break'

'All in all very good.surprisingly quiet.Very spacious.Great location.Caters for vegetarian and dairy free diet.Towels could do with replacing,not very soft....other than that highly recommendable at a decent price,too!'
