'We spent our last night in Iceland in the Aurora Hotel as we had to be at the airport at 04:00. The location is perfect as it is 1 minute away from where we handed in the rental car and 2 minutes away from the airport hall. Checking in and finding the room was very easy and the room itself had everything we needed. 'Prachtig hotel! Kamer is netjes en schoon. Ligging is prachtig in de natuur en ligt aan de ringroad en dient goede gelegenheid als doorreis hotel. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en goed. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. '

'Nice hotel which is reasonably close to the airport. Shuttle service (one way) from the hotel to the airport is a bonus. Too bad there's no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Not sure why. Dinner at the restaurant was good, and is the only dining option available. We didn't see any restaurants within walking distance. Our only complaint is that our room was very warm even with the window opened and the thermostat turned OFF. We couldn't understand why, since this is a first floor room....
