Hayloft is a charming, one bedroom holiday cottage situated at Valley Farm in Snape in a beautiful thatched barn that has been wonderfully converted into four holiday homes. Valley Farm is ideally positioned at the top of Snape village, just under 5 miles from the popular seaside town of Aldeburgh and overlooks the fantastic Suffolk countryside for as far as the eye can see.

Hayloft is on the far side of the barn and has been furnished to a high standard with a well-equipped open plan living, dining and kitchen area with original, exposed timber beams throughout adding to the character and charm of the property. Upstairs there is a lovely standard double bedroom with a chest of drawers, storage cupboard and a brand new en-suite that has a bath / shower, wash basin and WC.

The cottage boasts a fantastic rear patio area and communal garden where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning, read a book in the afternoon , or settle in with a glass of wine and an evening meal as the the sun is going down. There is also a separate shared utility room next to the property with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer space.

Snape is an absolutely idyllic location, best known for Snape Maltings, the centre of music, independent shops, galleries and eateries in the gorgeous re-purposed Victorian buildings. With beautiful walks right on your doorstep, you can explore the surrounding countryside, heathlands and rivers finishing up at one of the three fantastic pubs in the centre of Snape all serving delicious local food and drinks. With easy access to the A12 you are perfectly positioned for discovering the Suffolk coast with Aldeburgh, Orford, Dunwich, Walberswick and Southwold all within a half an hour and offering something unique and picturesque that is well worth the short drive.
