'Location is just 20 minutes away from Kintamani and about 30 minutes from Ubud, away from the traffic noise and hassle of Ubud. 'Nieuw, net en schoon ruim hotel/ bungalow c.q villa's. Zeer rustig gelegen. Echter absoluut niet geschikt voor minder valide vanwege enorm veel trappen! Kwaliteit van het eten/keuken zeer matig. Bediening zeer slecht in talen. Slechts een medewerkster sprak redelijk Engels. Wat betreft omgeving ligt Ubud Heaven Sayan niet direct met zicht op de sawa's. Daarvoor moet je je verplaatsen in de omgeving. Shuttle Service naar Ubud centrum( zeer hectisch en super druk ) is slechts 2 maal per dag heen...

'We stayed a couple of days in the Villa closer to the road. The villa is amazing. The rooms are spacious, the swimming pool and the garden are so beautiful, the area is quiet (ricefields), the breakfast included is excellent. Next to the villa there is a small supermarket in case of needs. Wayan (she) is so attentive with us and specially for the breakfast. Maybe the only thing to improve is to propose local transport to Ubud (as it was proposed by the past). It was very difficult to get drivers...
