  • Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the most ideal location near Telfair Square and Ellis Square. Each bedroom has a King size bed and en suite bathroom.. Newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with beautiful granite counters. View of Broughton Street from the front bedroom and living room. View of Barnard Street from 2nd Bedroom.

    ​​​​​​​We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small $5 per day fee to use our access card. If you do not wish to use our garage card or have additional vehicles, all day parking on street and at select parking garages is best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app of your phone.

    We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. Property very clean. Great location and safe. Bedroom walls are thin and most street noise and traffic was clearly audible at all hours of the night. Other than that excellent place.

This is a perfect location to River Street, City Market, shopping and restaurants. The house was clean and match the description of the property. Bring earplugs as it gets loud in the evenings.

The location was great, close to everything...shopping, eating, etc. Nice secure condo, clean and nicely furnished. However, it was REALLY NOICEY with street and cars RACING!!!! The street racing every night until 3 am was rediculus!!! Something to consider if you stay here.....noice is bad! Not good if you are a light sleeper. But, was a great, clean place and location, location, location...but noice, noice, noice....you decide....

This apartment is in a terrific location. The host sends very clear check-in instructions that help tremendously. We loved that we could walk to shops, restaurants, and museums within 1 to 2 blocks. Savannah is a great city. We enjoyed being in the heart of it. As mentioned in the description, parking is just a block away. The check-in instructions include loading and unloading information. We found everything we needed in the apartment and the host was very responsive.

Upon arrival the bed linens in 1 bedroom were dirty (possibly vomit, food, etc) and the pillows were missing pillow cases. The bathroom towels smelled moldy. The washing machine was broken. Despite that the location was walkable but extremely loud if you like to go to sleep by 11:00pm. This rental is clearly more appropriate for a college group; not a family.

Pleasant stay overall. It was clean and there were plenty of kitchen appliances we could use. Of course, it was gonna be noisy at night because its on Broughton St but its a great location for a decent price so I thought it was a reasonable trade-off. There isn't any wifi either but thats not something they advertise, so just be aware before booking. The only real issue I had was my skin getting irritated and itchy from either the sheets or the dust in the bedroom.

Enjoyed our brief stay at the Vrbo house ! We were exhausted after our time at the convention but it was the perfect location and the bed was extremely comfortable!

The location is close to Riverstreet and the main square. Communication was excellent with our host. Parking is a block away. I wasn’t crazy about having to find a spot to unload the car before parking as it was a holiday weekend and finding a spot was next to impossible. The noise was very loud outside until 4:30am due to St. Patty’s weekend but overall the place was convenient and nice to getaway.

This was a beautiful place in the perfect location. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go. We were surrounded by wonderful places to eat. We will definitely be staying again when we return to Savannah.

The unit was nice and very clean. It was easily accessible to restaurants, River St, shopping etc. If you are one who needs sleep though I would not recommend. Everything I would rate 5 Star accept for the fact it was not quiet. The building is on a very noisy street with loud cars blaring music, people screaming, and other various noises keeping us up till 2-3 am. Again nothing against the property but unless you are staying out late to party I don’t recommend.

Perfect location in Savannah

Loved staying close to historic areas, shopping and sightseeing in Savannah. The loft was roomy and perfect for our family of 5. It was nice to have convenient parking in a garage close by.
