Overall had a lovely stay at Southern Belle! The building is extremely conveniently located, parking was paid but available in a deck right next door, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Kaelin was a responsive host and answered any questions I had, along with detailed check-in instructions. There was a "trick" to opening the building's front door that would've been nice to know about ahead of time (you have to pull the door towards you as you turn the key and then push the door open without turning the knob) but otherwise check-in was a breeze.
There were a few downsides to the property that come with staying in an older building that I would be remiss not to mention, with the disclaimer that this is totally not the host's fault but guests should be aware of. First, it is VERY loud. On one night of my stay I fell asleep being serenaded by a neighbor down the hall singing in his shower, and was awoken the next morning by a lady on the street outside having a conversation about her most recent grilled cheese sandwich. The whole building creaks and each unit has a screen door which neighbors are fond of slamming. This wasn't particularly bothersome to me as I visited during the week so it didn't keep me up late but might be an issue for light sleepers or visitors with children.
The other two issues worth noting are that the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator and there are no doors in the apartment other than to the bathroom. The stairs aren't particularly difficult but anyone who can't do stairs should skip this VRBO. I'd also recommend this place to a smaller group, it's advertised to sleep 4 but since there's no door between the bedroom and living room/pull-out couch there wouldn't be much privacy for a larger group.
