The Space:

Welcome to your private second-floor home in a charming historic Savannah duplex. The first floor is occupied by a long-term resident, while the entire second-floor home is exclusively yours to enjoy.



Guests enter through the shared front entrance of the duplex, then access the private home using a separate keypad. You will receive two access codes: one for the main entrance and one for your private home.



Please note that one flight of stairs is required to reach the home. Once inside, everything is conveniently located on a single level.



Layout:

• The kitchen is straight ahead upon entering.

• To the left is the living room and the primary King bedroom.

• A full bathroom is located just outside the primary bedroom.

• Continuing down the hall is the second King bedroom.

• At the end of the hall is the Queen bedroom, which features the home's only en-suite bathroom.

The upper balcony is not accessible to guests.

The backyard is shared with the long-term tenant located downstairs. Please be respectful of shared outdoor spaces.

For your comfort, each bedroom and the living room are equipped with a white noise machine. Feel free to use them during your stay.

Other Things to Note:

Please note that there is a train track located very close to the property. Trains pass through the area periodically and can be quite loud while passing. If you are a light sleeper or particularly sensitive to noise, we recommend taking this into consideration before booking. White Noise Machines: For your comfort, each bedroom and the living room are equipped with a white noise machine. Feel free to use them during your stay.

Free street parking is available directly in front of the home. Parking is public and is not reserved or assigned. Please be sure to check posted street sweeping signs. The home is part of a multi-unit property. There is a separate long-term rental unit located downstairs that is occupied by a permanent resident.

Your space is completely private with its own entrance. Guests have exclusive access to the entire upstairs home during their stay.

Please be respectful of the long-term resident by observing quiet hours and keeping noise to a reasonable level, especially during the evening and overnight hours.
