I am so glad I picked this place over ones managed by a company. Can’t overstate how responsive and helpful the owner was. As a first time Savannah visitor, it was amazing to have so much input on restaurants, activities… all based on our interests and schedule. Like having a travel agent! His love for the town was infectious. And the place was so neat - so many interesting details to discover. Loved the decor, kitchen, bedrooms, back area with fun shelter…. It’s in town so be prepared for a little street noise. The street facing bedroom comes with a really nice noise machine but I didn’t need it. Working gas fireplaces were a treat! The owner really wants you to relax - the checkout list was minimal. Thanks for making this such a great visit!

Charming and wonderful location

The property is clean and cozy and well-stocked. Private and quiet yet located in the heart of the historic district within walking distance from all the historic sights and parks plus restaurants. Perfect space!!! The owner stayed in touch with us and routinely checked up on us.

Our family of 4 adults had a wonderful stay at this home. We were in Savannah for our son’s graduation from SCAD and the home was very convenient to the graduation venue. It is delightfully decorated in fun primary colors. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds were comfortable and check in and out were simple. The host was very helpful before and during our stay, very responsive. Will stay here again

Home better than advertised

The stay was amazing from start to finish. Ky was extremely communicative and gave great recommendations on things to do in the area. Location is amazing with plenty to do in just a short walk or Uber ride. The house itself has the most welcoming and cozy vibe with a bunch of funky, cool touches throughout. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Savannah Art Show

Our family traveled and stayed at this beautiful home to attend and support our artist's show at a gallery around the corner. We had a wonderful weekend enjoying Savannah's restaurants and coffee places and Tybee Island beach! This house was beautiful with 2 gas fireplaces, mod 1970s furnishings, comfy bedrooms and big bathrooms and a magical backyard. We will be back!

Great host, great property, great location!

We stayed in Ky’s place with our 4 kids, ages ranging from 7 to 17. First off, Ky was an incredible host. Treated us like friends and answered our multitude of questions about Savannah and what to do with our family of 6. The property is in an amazing location, as we could easily walk to any part of historic Savannah that we wished. The property itself was great. My kids especially loved the back courtyard for playing. We’d definitely stay here again on another visit.

Savannah getaway

Perfect location for attending a concert at the Enmarket Arena and then sightseeing in downtown Savannah! The house was perfectly outfitted for a weekend stay. It was fun to be in an older home, which has been renovated superbly and decorated in such fun colors and furnishings!!

Great location!

This is such a great home, and we had a great experience. The private backyard and parking space were very convenient for unloading luggage with a child, and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. We also loved that this home had a bathtub, as they are hard to come by in our home rental experience and very helpful with a young child. The location was convenient for everything in Savannah, and the owners were attentive. They made great efforts to go above and beyond and stayed in communication. We highly recommend this location!

Your dream Vrbo search in Savannah is over

From the initial booking, the host (Ky) was genuinely invested in how to make the best out of your vacation in Savannah. The communication between the host and my family was always prompt, helpful and informative. The house is located near historic Savannah, just a quick jaunt away. The traditional exterior of the house is misleading, once you step inside, it’s a MCM enthusiast dream. The decor of the house manages to do what many have failed at; to revamp the interiors to authentic mid century modern aesthetics. Our bodies to melted in to the ultra comfortable couch and we would unwind to get our second round going. The bedding was blissfully comforting and was a feature that I looked forward to each day after pounding the pavement in our ventures exploring downtown. Soaking in the claw foot bathtub, with a glass of wine, after an action packed day was also an added bonus. The outside area was not only private, but very cool backdrop for family pics. If you are in search of a hip, positive- vibe dwelling to relax and chill, look no further!

AMAZING SAVANNAH RENTAL

We are so grateful to have come across this property during our searches for a destination wedding. Ky was incredible with communication from the start and a wealth of knowledge. He not only shared so much about the home but the area and everything we could possibly get into. We were traveling with 2 young children (3 and 2) so the outdoor area was what caught out eye from the start.. a lot better to of a space for two little ones than being stuck in a hotel room!! We felt safe and genuinely enjoyed the location - walking distance to everything, especially loved the distance to Forsyth Park (amazing walking path and playground). Ky was over accommodating (in the best kind of way) and one of the best hosts I have had the pleasure of interacting with. Check in & check out was seamless, tvs and wifi easy to use. Grateful for this trip and the comfort this property afforded us during our stay!

Easter in Savannah

We had an awesome experience staying here over Easter weekend. The house is a great combination of old charm and updated amenities. The back yard was perfect for our Easter egg hunt and the kids loved hanging out in the hut and playing games. The location was perfect. Just a short, scenic walk to downtown or a cheap Uber ride when the rain came. It was very quiet and peaceful. The owner’s communication exceeded any stay that I have ever had through VRBO. He was just a text away for any issues and had multiple recommendations for the local area. Definitely my best VRBO experience ever.

Great Rental, great host

There are 2 things you look for in a vacation rental, quality rental unit, and a good host. This rental has both. The townhouse has obviously recently been re-done, and they did a great job of keeping the best of the old while making the home feel modern and cozy. Also I love the backyard space and the little hut, we ate breakfast outside in the mornings and it was a treat. The location is amazing, I marveled on our walks how the noise of the city and all the tours going on went away as soon as we neared Jones St. That really is the best location you can have right, to be close to everything while maintaining peace and comfort. We didn't move our car the whole time until checking out, we walked everywhere and got to see everything we wanted to in the historic district. And then the cherry on top was that Ky is one of the best hosts I've had, he was informative, answered my questions thoroughly and was very kind and patient! It really felt like I was visiting a friend in another city, and he only wanted us to experience the best of what the town had to offer. His recommendations were on point and tailored to what he knew about us.

Spacious living in a great location!

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! We were able to walk everywhere in town, and when we were at the house we had plenty of space for everyone to hang out and the backyard was the perfect place for the kids to have space to run around. Great home, great location, great city!!!

This is a very well kept home in historic Savannah. It's very well decorated and has a lot of charm! We love the location as it's an easy 15 minute walk to anywhere in historic Savannah. The owner was awesome and made sure we had all the check-in information and didn't have any issues. He gave us some great recommendations for places to go. In general, it was obvious he wanted to make sure everyones' needs were met and he did it in spades! Will definitely stay here next time we're in Savannah.

Amazing Stay in Savannah!

Escape on Jones was the perfect location for our Thanksgiving getaway. The house was just as described and walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Ky offered wonderful suggestions for activities, restaurants, and shops to check out. (More than we could ever visit in one trip so we must come back!) We loved everything about our stay. Thank you!

Home away from home

We had a relaxing family getaway in this unique, quaint, artsy, family friendly home. It was perfect for all ages in our family and has Savannah vibes. Our daughters loved the bright friendly decor right when we stepped in the doors. Beds were comfortable and everything is extremely clean and well thought out in each room. Backyard is a great hangout location. Host provided great recommendations, answered questions timely and was extremely thoughtful. It’s a special place and we are looking forward to returning.
