'The Room was dirty. I had to clean the dust off all the furniture and the bathroom before I could even unpack. The toilet seat was broken the whole entire stay. I reported it and they said they fixed it but it was still broken. It needed a NEW seat. Every time I sat down to use it I slid off....So annoying! This was my first time staying at La Quinta Inn and also my last.'

'When we arrived the elevator did not work and we were on the third floor. The bathroom was not clean and when calling down to ask for someone to clean it they didn’t have any cleaning staff available. The front desk clerk came up to clean it but the way she cleaned was not sanitary but in fairness she offered to give us another room before she “cleaned” the toilet seat. Honestly I wasn’t convinced it would be any better. We were only there for one night so decided to just stick it out and leave...
