Bathroom: Walk-in shower, washer, and dryer. Located off the primary bedroom.

Garage Gathering Space: A finished multi-purpose area with additional seating, dining space, games, and a grill. Not available for vehicle parking.

Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy peaceful views of the pond and surrounding fields from the south-facing patio.

Please Note: This home features a true open-concept design. Bedroom walls do not extend to the vaulted ceiling, the bathroom is accessed through the primary bedroom, and the bunk area is open to the main living space.

Parking: Zero-step entry with parking near the door. Ample space is available for boats, trailers, campers, and RVs.

Additional Information: The home comfortably accommodates 2–4 guests and can sleep up to 6. One pre-approved dog is welcome with a $150 pet fee. No smoking or vaping is permitted on the property.
