It consists of 3 adult bedrooms, including 1 master bedroom with a 160 cm bed and an en-suite Italian shower room and 2 additional bedrooms with 140 cm beds, 1 of which has a shower room attached to the bedroom. You will find a large, bright living room with a fully equipped high-end kitchen. A pergola overlooking the kitchen with a table and 6 outdoor chairs bordering the large swimming pool (salt and current safety standards with electric blanket). You can take full advantage of the sun thanks to the outdoor furniture consisting of several deckchairs, tables, folding chairs and parasols, plancha and barbecue. Finally, a private parking space inside the property for two cars. (Please note: no electric charging station available on the property). The whole is obviously fenced and secured by a gate and a videophone.

You will be located, among other things, half an hour by car from the Basque Country (Bayonne, Biarritz, Saint Jean de Luz).
