Enjoy your privacy on the spacious communal grounds, especially as the beautiful communal pool is just a short walk away. Serve yourself breakfast on the open terrace and use the brick barbecue for cosy evenings in the balmy summer air.



Take a hike through the Poggio Neri Nature Park or follow the thermal trail to the hot springs of Terme di Sassetta. Take part in a wine tasting in the medieval village of Suvereto or cycle through the vineyards of the Strada del Vino. Sunbathe on the beach at San Vincenzo and stop off at a cosy taverna in Bolgheri to sample regional specialities.



Please note: The pool is 500 metres from the house and is shared with the guests of three other houses.
