« ich kenne dieses Hotel seit 1985 , ich besuche es regelmĂ€Ăig , das Essen ist sehr gut und soviel du willst! Es gibt genug zum anschauen , zB. die Burg, einen wunderschönen Park ! »

« Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it.
Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold. »

« Nice stay in Savar, the free Spa entrance was great, the food was nice, everybody can find something he /she likes, the room was comfortable and big enough for three, a balcony on top. Only small issue, my wife detected some spots in the hotel that have not been properly cleaned for some time (a pity for a four star hotel) »
