The Villa includes an extremely well equipped cook's kitchen with everything you need, four ensuite bedrooms, and an office with a queen size pull out sofa. A second queen size pull out sofa can be found in the living room for extra sleeping accommodations. The expansive rancho provides an amazing outdoor space with both sun and shaded options for enjoying the private pool. The attached jacuzzi overflows into the pool creating a peaceful waterfall. The rancho also includes an outdoor grill, bar, and dining.

With a 5 min drive into Playas Del Coco you would find a vast selection of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and night life.

All inclusive options are available that provide an exclusive private chef to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner; and include beer, wine, champaign, soda, fresh squeezed OJ, some dinner cocktails, and bottled water. Price is $125 pp pd for 15 people. Simply book the villa and tell me that you would like to add the all inclusive package.

High speed internet of 300 mbps and a home office will allow you to work remotely. A reserve water tank and backup generator will ensure you have an amazing vacation.
