This was the second time we stayed at Kevin's house for our annual Saratoga visit. The house is spacious, comfortable and very clean. It has all the amenities that we need. It is conveniently located to the racetrack, downtown and a great supermarket! Everyone enjoyed our stay.

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a bachelorette weekend. The home was perfect, extremely clean and had everything we could need. The location was great too! We loved everything about this gorgeous home. The location was absolutely delightful. So close to Saratoga Performing Art Center, that we were home within minutes after the event ended, but we were not close to traffic. The gorgeous lawns were so green and lush. The stunning, stately Catalpa tree was in bloom. We enjoyed having a well appointed kitchen, central air, comfortable living space, and we all slept well in our separate bedrooms. The bathrooms were very modern, and the showers were a delight. Honestly, we would not have had such a memorable weekend had we not stayed at this truly amazing home. Thank you!

This house is perfect! The charm alone was beautiful, everything from the location to the floors to the decor made it comfortable and just right! Been going to Saratoga for years and always stayed at a hotel, this experience changed that forever. Being able to come back to your own space and backyard to relax and unwind was the best part. Kevin was great, made it a pleasure doing business. Highly recommend!

The house was very nice and is a short drive to the track. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The check - in process was easy and Kevin was very accommodating. The only disappointment was that the size of one of the beds was listed as being a full size but was more like a 3/4 size. There were 3 couples staying in the house and only one person was able to sleep in the bed. The other person had to sleep on the couch.

The home was spacious and clean. The host has equipped the property with many extras that made entertaining seamless. My family came in from several areas of NY. This home was a wonderful gathering place to enjoy the Saratoga area and all it offers. The grounds were used for several lawns games due to its very spacious flat surroundings. Six of us (my wife and myself, along with my daughter's family of 4 including two pre-teens, loved staying in Kevin's tastefully decorated house. They have done an excellent job of modernizing and prettifying this property.We were 5 minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs, with good shopping and excellent restaurants, and within easy driving distance of Lake George and surroundings. Perhaps the best thing about the property was the vast backyard with multiple seating areas, which was lovely for wine and chatting in the evening, along with a fire pit. While Kevin was out of town during our visit, he was very easy to reach and check-in and questions were promptly handled. If we had any negatives with the property, 1. while the house is quite spacious, the third bedroom has a small bed so barely sleeps a true six and one grandkid slept on the large and comfy couch in the living room, and 2. the property sits just off a fairly busy rural road so there may be some traffic sounds at times. Still, there were minor inconveniences and all of us loved the property.

Cannot say enough good things about this property! The location is so close to downtown and the races and the house is very spacious which made for a comfortable stay. Fantastic backyard to sit, grill and relax. The check in and out process was seamless and Kevin provided very detailed information. Would definitely come here again!

We chose this house due to its location as we were attending concerts at SPAC. It was so convenient to shops, entertainment and restaurants. The home was lovely and even more beautiful than the photos. Wonderful yard for relaxing outdoors. Comfortable beds for a restful sleep. So pleased that laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent were provided! The kitchen was well equipped and we used the gas grill on the patio for an outdoor dinner! You will not be disappointed in this one! Kevin, our host, made check in and out the easiest experience I’ve had in all my years of renting!

I can't say enough about this property! It looks exactly like the photos and has so many great local and personal touches! Perfect layout for friends to gather, cook, enjoy the patio and firepit, etc. Feels like a secluded farm but just minutes from all the Saratoga Springs action! Would stay again in a heartbeat! My only feedback is that it would be helpful to have an extender for the ceiling fans to make adjustments more safely (some of us wanted less breeze). The owners of this property clearly put their heart in to it and we are so appreciative of the opportunity to enjoy it!

As stated in the title, the pictures posted here do you not do justice to this beautiful property! Check-in was very easy. The wonderful owners left us bottles of Saratoga Springs water a brand new bag of coffee for use in the keurig. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking supplies (including spices and condiments). The house is so pretty on the inside, including such attention to detail in the decorations – everything just goes so well together! The furniture is very comfortable including the couches downstairs and the beds upstairs. The house is located on a main road, but the noise is entirely absent when you were inside the house. We did spend a good amount of time in the beautiful backyard, and the noise did not bother us at all. We had such a nice time exploring the area, the location of this house made it very easy to do. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful place to relax and spend a few days in upstate NY.
