We loved our stay at the Saratoga Springs farmhouse. The house was clean and just as described. So much room and many spaces to hang out with friends. It is central to many locations, and you can easily drive to Albany, Glens Falls, or Schenectady if you want to. Very close to the Saratoga Springs Performing Arts Center and racetrack.Downtown Saratoga is very cute and has many shops and restaurants. Lots of options in the area for gluten free people. The only thing you have to prepare for is to be woken up by the millitary Reveille call and the Star Spangled Banner around 8:00 AM every morning, coming from the base across the street. No problem for early risers.

We arrived on a Monday and left on a Friday. In that time we did a lot of sightseeing. We visited downtown, Congress Park with a beautiful carousel and ducks marching all around. We went to Saratoga Spa State Park parks, the children's Museum, & racing track. The house, was very clean and comfortable. We cooked dinners each night, BBQing on the weber grill, and relaxing in the large screen tent. One night we enjoyed the fire pit and then playing board games in the large dining room. We also chasing our grandson around the beautiful backyard. The charm of this farmhouse made our visit extra special. Our host was very responsive.

The property is excellent. The only drawback is that the beds were much too soft and the two non-master bedrooms were tight. Otherwise, the place was great and Kevin was excellent.

Highly recommend! The house and ground are beautiful. Host was excellent, very responsive. Had a smooth check in and check out process. We barbecued one night. Breakfast every morning. Loved sitting outside in the morning and evening. 10 minute drive to every thing. We went to the racetrack and SPAC. Can’t wait to come back.

Great location

House is beautifully decorated and spotless clean. You can tell the host takes pride in his property. Immaculately manicured back yard with screened in gazebo and fire pit was a nice touch at night. Would definitely stay again.

Annual Saratoga Visit

Kevin is a great host. House is very clean and comfortable and suits all of our needs. The location is close to the track and surrounding restaurants and businesses. We have stayed at Kevin's a couple times and would book again in the future.

A very special place

This was our friend group’s third stay (three couples) and it was wonderful, as always. The large kitchen is perfect for making meals while allowing everyone to socialize and lend a hand, and the outdoor space is lovely, extensive, and relaxing. Kevin is a tremendous host - we highly recommend this property.

Great Saratoga House

This was the second time we stayed at Kevin's house for our annual Saratoga visit. The house is spacious, comfortable and very clean. It has all the amenities that we need. It is conveniently located to the racetrack, downtown and a great supermarket! Everyone enjoyed our stay.

Bachelorette Weekend

Spacious Saratoga Home

We loved everything about this gorgeous home. The location was absolutely delightful. So close to Saratoga Performing Art Center, that we were home within minutes after the event ended, but we were not close to traffic. The gorgeous lawns were so green and lush. The stunning, stately Catalpa tree was in bloom. We enjoyed having a well appointed kitchen, central air, comfortable living space, and we all slept well in our separate bedrooms. The bathrooms were very modern, and the showers were a delight. Honestly, we would not have had such a memorable weekend had we not stayed at this truly amazing home. Thank you!

This house is perfect! The charm alone was beautiful, everything from the location to the floors to the decor made it comfortable and just right! Been going to Saratoga for years and always stayed at a hotel, this experience changed that forever. Being able to come back to your own space and backyard to relax and unwind was the best part. Kevin was great, made it a pleasure doing business. Highly recommend!

Annual Saratoga Trip

The house was very nice and is a short drive to the track. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The check - in process was easy and Kevin was very accommodating. The only disappointment was that the size of one of the beds was listed as being a full size but was more like a 3/4 size. There were 3 couples staying in the house and only one person was able to sleep in the bed. The other person had to sleep on the couch.

Birthday at Saratoga

The home was spacious and clean. The host has equipped the property with many extras that made entertaining seamless. My family came in from several areas of NY. This home was a wonderful gathering place to enjoy the Saratoga area and all it offers. The grounds were used for several lawns games due to its very spacious flat surroundings. Would definitely return.
